Key responsibilities

• You are responsible to lead the development of comprehensive marketing strategies based on the Global Framework that align with the company’s overall business objectives, identifying key targets audiences and segments and develop marketing plans to reach and engage them effectively.

SUMMARY

Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role is a Key Finance Business Partner, for the SEA business.

This role will work with SSC to ensure the timely and accurate execution of the monthly reporting and is responsible for the Forecasting and Analysis for the SEA business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting, with support from SSC

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of monthly management reports, including sales and inventory analysis, for management review and group consolidation

To maximise overall hotel room revenue through the development and implementation of effective inventory and pricing strategies based on future demand, current trends and historical data to drive market share.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive market share and revenue performance through proper pricing and mix management.
• Daily checks on rate discrepancies and total room revenue and occupancy.
• Develop overall pricing strategy to include all market segments and distribution channels.
