DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Formulates and proposes to the higher-level echelon marketing and communication strategies, both offline and online, in line with the company’s overall corporate strategy
2. Delivers content consistent with approved marketing strategies at a fashion that is accurate, professional, and timely
3. Conducts an analysis of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
4. Interviews, hires, and trains marketing staff members
5. Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
6. Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services
7. Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
8. Works with the marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams
9. Oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
10. Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
11. Provides in-depth information to interested clients, and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings
12. Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service
13. Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives
14. Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
15. Builds relationships with external content providers such as publishers to pursue publicity and promotional activities
16. Plays an active role in improving the development of customer database
17. Assesses marketing-related material quotations and invoices and recommends to higher management the optimum pricing and quality
18. Establishes and maintains the ideal working relationships with partner organisations, affiliates, government agencies, the press, reporters, media channels, and other public relations (PR) audiences
19. Assists the General Manager and the higher-echelon managers with projects and/or other assignments as directed

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Expert on media channels, client relationships

Reporting to the Director of Sales, your job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintains and update all accounts and their bookings. Maintains an accurate and updated clients’ database.
• Ensures that clients’ profiles are recorded and updated in the Property Management System after sales calls/telemarketing.
• Establishes contracts with corporate accounts for continuous business.
• Promotes and nurtures good relationships with key accounts of the Hotel and other sources of potential business.
• Maintains and promotes the corporate image.
• Conducts sales calls with Room Sales Managers or telemarketing with at least 25 corporate accounts each week.
• Establishes the clients’ preferences and adapts/customizes group packages accordingly.
• Entertains clients or prospective clients to solicit business for the hotel.
• Conducts site inspections in the Hotel.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Follows proper reservation procedures and ensures that the relevant forms are completed timely and accurately.
• Follows up on prospect and tentative bookings to close sale or confirm the bookings.
• Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the management

Requirements:

· Diploma in Business Management / Hospitality Management or equivalent.

· Minimum three (3) years of sales experience in the hotel industry. Able to start within short notice

· Able to work independently and a good team player

Responsibility:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

- To provide customers with professional advice and recommend items that match customer needs

- To do daily shop operations, retail sales, inventory controls, and other relevant duties.

-Responsible for formulating sales targets and marketing strategies

-Responsible for salesgirls team management, performance appraisal, personnel transfer and other arrangements

- Follow all companies policies and procedures

Requirements:

-Must have at least 3 years retail sales experience in fashion, with good sales skills and sales service attitude

• Lead the C&B team to develop C&B and performance management strategies, and translate them into policies, practices, and processes.
• Oversee the annual review exercise for performance management, salary increment and bonuses

• Build collaborative partnership with external and internal stakeholders and provide C&B recommendations and solutions to HR teams and business departments.
• Derive insights from C&B data to improve, enable more effective people decisions and optimize cost.

Job Summary:

This position’s responsibilities are twofold:

Overseeing the Club’s IT Operations and Infrastructure to meet reliability, availability and security objectives of the Club, adhering to industry best practices and established operational policies and procedures in an on-prem, hybrid and cloud based environment

Develop Data Analytics strategy (includes building a data warehouse, data collection framework, data governance, etc) in alignment with the Club’s data strategies utilizing machine learning, statistical modelling and data analysis techniques and translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
