Must have at least 5 years experience

Liaising with clients, suppliers and other construction professionals

Reading blueprints and designs to work to specifications prepared by other construction professionals, architects and building code recommendations

Starting from cutting and paste to build and install the finished carpentry work at the project site.

Good knowledge with the materials.

Good understanding of the drawings.

Good time management and teamwork spirits.

Duties Include:

• Managing staff, interview,recruitment, staff schedule.
• Managing beverage cost, contacting suppliers, place orders, manage inventory and updating monthyl inventory count
• Help the company in advertising and marketing.
• Help the company to increase restaurant sales.
• Organize events
• Keep the quality of food and customer service
• Problem solving, quick on your feet.
• Sales and business development to ensure that food, wine and overall dining experience meet diners needs and increase diners satisfaction. Focus on diners loyalty, menu design, food pricing and expand external sales.
• Build strong relationship with all key stakeholders like food suppliers.

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager for our Singapore operations including local Customer Support and Field Service Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage the after-sales team by setting service standards and ensuring KPIs are met
• Ensure strong and clear coordination between departments for minimal resolution times
• Continually devise and monitor operational processes for optimal service delivery, customer satisfaction and productivity
• Identify and implement new strategies for increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention by going above and beyond expectations
• Resolve managerial level customer grievances or special requests
• Weekly/monthly reporting for management review.
• Demonstrate a high level of leadership skills and provide necessary training and guidance to the after-sales service team’s staff to achieve full competencies and the highest brand image possible.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business with outstanding academic performance
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Customer Service within automotive aftermarket or SAAS industry, experience in a similar industry is an added advantage;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in English
• Good leadership and management skills with strong problem-solving competency and an out-of-box approach in providing solutions.
