Roles and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the SRTT Director Corporate Services (DCS) overseeing the Central Initiatives Administration (CIA), the role includes but not limited to:

1. Digital Communication and Content Support:

• Manage social media accounts, including executing the platform’s strategy, overseeing the publicity pipeline, scheduling and posting content, and engaging with target audiences.
• Content conceptualisation and production, inclusive but not limited to articles, graphics, or videos. Align content with A*STAR messaging for our target audiences.
• Support the execution of the website strategy, design, development and maintenance.

• Provide logistic support for events, including registration and ushering.
• Coordinate the setup of event venues, manage attendee lists, and any other required tasks to ensure a smooth flow of activities.
• Handle correspondence, prepare documents, and manage office communications based on event needs.
• Handle Procurement / Finance related matters, e.g., Raise budget memo for approval, raise purchase requests, goods receiving etc.
• Schedule meetings (based on event needs), appointments, and conference calls. Resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure timely reminders.
• Book flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services for work trips for visiting scientists, Advisory board members, senior management and staff.

Job Requirements:

• Degree, any discipline with at least 8 years of professional experience in a similar capacity, including website and social media management and proficiency in content production and administrative or office management role.
• Apt knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and trends, as well as website programming language, operating systems and standards.
• Able to leverage on digital dashboards for monitoring and tracking (Power BI, tableau etc.) will be a plus.
• Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills for good relationship management.

The Sales Operations & Upgrade Operations Manager is a key member of the Asia Gas Power Sales Operations & Asia Upgrades team. -To conduct performance appraisals and monitoring staff performance regularly.

-To work closely with HR department on recruitment and staff on-boarding process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a Clinical Manager whose responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Clinical Trial Management:
• Lead the planning, design, and execution of clinical studies and trials to support product development and regulatory submissions.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., Master’s, PhD, MD) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical trial management, preferably in the MedTech or biotech industry.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, ISO standards, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing clinical studies from initiation to completion.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

1. PRIMARY FUNCTION
