Reporting to Head of Business IT Solutions this role plays an important role in leading and managing a team of external Business analysts, solution architects and developers with an exciting journey to enhance our Salesforce platform and improve customer experience & adoption.

You will need a strong background in product delivery management, Agile / Iterative methodologies, Salesforce (out-of-the-box standard functionality and custom solutions) with proven experience in managing and delivering Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot and Community Cloud modules. Experienced leaders who have managed delivery of Salesforce solutions for global organisations should apply here.

This role will be on-site and based in Singapore.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• End-to-end ownership of single or multiple businesses for quality delivery & support
• Experience in business analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle CRM/Salesforce engagements
• Technical expertise and guidance in development of design and functional specifications
• Manage project plan, team utilization & risk management. Experienced in Sales transformation program that contribute to direct impact to business growth
• Analyse functional and technical requirements & maintain required documentation
• Take ownership and documentation of enhancements or new features in collaboration with the business analysts and architects
• Maintain feature or application integrity throughout development, testing and production stages
• Comply, guide and manage software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodology and governance strategies

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• At least 8+ years of experience in leading & managing multiple Salesforce projects including integrations with third party applications / platforms
• Experience building, managing, and fostering a team-oriented environment
• Demonstrable experience in building enterprise SaaS products, specifically Salesforce
• End-to-end ownership of single or multiple businesses for quality delivery & support
• Own and drive the vision/strategy/roadmap/development for industry specific solutions
• Strong stakeholder management skills in aligning with the vision of the product, prioritizing features and capabilities.
• Ability to work in a team of other product managers who have dependencies and vice versa.
• Agile and/or Iterative methodologies for project / product deliveries..
• Good exposure to CI/CD platforms, statistical code analysis tools and deployment activities like Gitlab, Copado,Jenkins, Ant tool etc.

(1) Objective

This role support business projects for material/ product handling equipment implementation for warehouse setup within APAC regions. The successful incumbent is expected to provide consultation about optimal logistics automation operation tailored to meet customers’ need by proposing and implement cost effective logistics automation to continuous enhance organizational performance.

Based on the deep understanding of Logistics Automation process, the incumbent will lead the entire project by provide professional consultation and support in strategy development and roadmap establishment for logistics automation services.

(2) Job Responsibility

• Logistics Project Planning and Implementation Management
• Propose the right Logistics Automation Solution that comply with customers’ requirements, aim to fulfill quality goals, service standards and inventory accuracy.
• Execute the plan from sourcing, proposing, conduct feasibility testing, assessing the technical specifications to purchase of warehouse automated equipment and setup the new warehouse
• Work closely with Logistics Systems Integration Engineer to build the automation technology database to track capacities, costs and system connectivity
• Plan and manage the entire implementation project timeline, budget and resources
• Conduct user training to key users
• Enhancement of Logistics Automation Process
• Define KPI and determine the achievement rate of the applied automation equipment identifies process exceptions, formulates recommendations, and implements process improvements.
• Monitor and report the operational status including work efficiency, ROI analysis, productivity to management
• Logistics Automation Consultation
• Discover new automation technology (S/W, H/W) and keep abreast of the latest automation market trends by develop the relevant strategies
• Conduct operational simulation to strengthen the capacity by adopting the optimal automation solutions to customers
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders i.e external suppliers/ technology consultants/ equipment suppliers
• Support Regional Head Quarter with any other Logistics Automation Optimization assignment

(3) Requirements:

(a) Education / Qualification

· Bachelor’s degree with major in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, supply chain and logistics management or related technical engineering field

(b) Experience

· Minimum 8+ years of related working experience in Global Logistics Company (Minimum 6+ years' experience is required for Master degree holder)

· Work experience in Global Freight Forwarding with experience in setting up automation solutions in in a logistics environment and relevant role (design warehouse automation equipment such as ASRS, AGV, DPS, DAS, etc. and setup warehouse) is a must

· Deep understanding of Global Logistics Automation, WMS/WCS

· Proficient in Logistics Automation Simulation

· Able to select Optimal option and application for automation equipment

· Good in warehouse automation layout design by using tools such as Autocad, Sketchup, CAD

· Experience in end to end project management

(c) Skills

· Experience in developing and applying New technology for Logistics Automation

· Logistics Center Operation experience

· Experience in leading projects by simulating using Automode, Flexsim, Arena

· Experience in carrying out optimization part (Operation Research) Projects

· Good understanding of the automation and technology impacts and pre-requisite.

· Have a financial affinity in term of ROI and cost savings

· Able to use the Data analysis tool such as Power BI, Tableau etc.

· Familiar with the regulations, codes of practice and standards imposed on technical procedures.

· Hands on experience in operation management is an added advantage.

(d) Additional Requirements
