The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of contract negotiation, execution, and compliance for logistics-related agreements, ensuring that both legal and business requirements are met. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the negotiation, drafting, and finalization of contracts related to logistics services, including transportation, warehousing, supply chain management, and third-party logistics (3PL) agreements.
