Main Tasks and Duties

1. Ensure the steady development of financial market trading operations, with a focus on promoting market-making activities for RMB exchange rates and interest rates, and achieve corresponding business targets
2. Implement risk management requirements set by regulatory authorities, the head office, and the branch, ensuring effective risk prevention before, during, and after operations
3. Having working experience dealing with China regulatory authorities that are related to RMB and Treasury.
4. Develop departmental policies and regulations, and regularly update and optimize work processes
5. Drive product innovation to enhance market competitiveness
6. Facilitate communication and coordination with various departments of the head office and institutions within the group, strengthening intra-group business collaboration
7. Maintain relationships with trading counter parties and expand the counter party network
8. Regularly analyze financial market conditions, prepare analysis reports, and provide relevant investment or management recommendations
9. Complete other tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements

1. Master degree , preferably in Banking, Finance, Economics,Business Administration or other related disciplines
2. Working Experience 15 years (or above) of experience in Banks and 10 years (or above) of experience in managerial role.
3. Good command of English and Chinese languages as this role will need frequent communication with China regulatory authorities, Singapore regulatory authorities, clients, internal stakeholders and external stakeholders
4. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
5. Good interpersonal skills to handle stakeholders across multiple departments

Roles & Responsibilities

· Assist the project manager with all activities on site.

· Manages the site, including planning, supervising, and ensuring orderly job delegation and smooth operations.

· To control materials, plan the overall schedule and implement specific planning measures.

· Arrangements for logistic, hoisting, and scaffolding access in support of daily operations

· Establish and maintain quality standards and ensure that site inspections and issues are resolved as soon as possible.

Requirement
