Requirements:

• Seeking a candidate with a Diploma in F&B, Supply Chain or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory position in the F&B industry.
• Knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSHA), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (MUIS) regulations.
• Proven ability to think critically and resolve problem efficiently, with a focus on food court operations and customer satisfaction.
