Purpose and Scope

• As a key member of maintenance team, you will be working with a dedicated team and responsible for the gas plant and service corridor IAC maintenance with the aim of meeting performance targets of reliability and availability and complying fully with regulatory requirements, company policies, SOPs and HSSE standard.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• In-charge of field I&C device and instruments including flow meter, flow computer system, gas chromatography, online analyzer, sensors, transmitter, gauge, as well as DCS/PLC in gas receiving terminal, end user’s metering skids and utilities customers metering station and battery limit. To ensure proper maintenance and good working condition of field instrumentation and control system to achieve high reliability.
• To plan and ensure adequacy of IAC preventive maintenance for gas plant, gas metering skids and utilities metering stations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the electrical team in the execution of preventive, corrective maintenance programs within schedule and cost, and in compliance with company's and regulatory standards and requirements, and meeting customer’s expectations.
• Good knowledge and experience of electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of MV/LV switch gears, HV/LV motors, 230KV SF6CB, 21 KV GCB, VFD’s MOVs, HVAC, overhead crane, battery charger & UPS, transformers, electrical protection systems, static frequency converter and static excitation system etc.
• Troubleshoot/ fault diagnosis/ failure analysis to determine cause of failure.
• Develop Risk Assessment and mitigation measures for every Maintenance job in the plant before executing maintenance activities.
• Establish and maintain a proper documentation system to archive all jobs internally and with customers for sharing and audit purposes.
• Engage stakeholders to resolve technical problems that arises in the plant.
• Assist the section head to identify, plan & review the training needs of the section.
• Assist the section head to review and identify spare requirements classifying under Strategic or Inventory spare.
• Assist the section head to develop the section's Maintenance budget.
• Prepare daily updates on Maintenance activities for the day to all stakeholders (operations)
• Successful candidate can be appointed as part of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) (training will be provided)

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent Engineering
• Preferably minimum 3 years of experience in relevant Maintenance fields in a Power Plant or Petrochemical Industry
• Experience in High voltage to 230kV switching and maintenance
• Ability to lead a team

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out maintenance, repair and overhaul work on heavy vehicles
• Conduct service maintenance on trucks, including:
• Power steering diagnostics and repair
• Engine overhaul
• ESCOT control housing, gearbox, and rear axle overhauls
• Advanced multimeter measurements and wiring repairs
• Emission-related system repairs
• Electrical fault tracing, repair, and calibration using Tech Tool
• Carry out mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Certificate and/or NTC 3/2 in Motor Vehicle Mechanics or NTC 3/2 Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanics or related field with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Possess Class 3 driving license would be an added advantage

Purpose and Scope

Carry out inspections as per daily maintenance schedule; attend defects, breakdowns, including the repairing of Mechanical Equipment.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

· Conduct disassembling and assembling of Mechanical Equipment & Familiar with Boiler statutory inspections

· Hands on experience of valves, pumps, compressors, piping, safety valves, control & shutoff valves etc

· Assist the Maintenance Mechanical Engineers to troubleshoot/ fault diagnosis/ failure analysis to determine cause of failure.

· Assist the Maintenance Mechanical Engineers to develop Risk Assessment and mitigation measures for every Maintenance job in the plant

· Apply for Permit to Work (PTW) as the Competent Person (CP) for every Maintenance work in the plant

· Supervise contractors and liaise with other maintenance crafts and operations technicians to execute maintenance activities

· Withdraw and prepare spares from warehouse for job execution.

· Prepare daily updates on Maintenance activities for the day to all stakeholders (operations)

· Flexibility in supporting other Sembcorp plants whenever required.

Qualification, Skills and Experience

· Min Higher- Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical engineering field

· Preferably minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant maintenance fields in a power plant / petrochemical industry

· Be familiar with Computerized maintenance management system.

· Good team player and able to work well with other members and stakeholders.

· Strong interpersonal, communication and management skills.
