CoGri Asia Pacific is the industrial leader specializing in design, construction, and upgrading of superflat high tolerance concrete floors for the Logistics and Industrial building in the Asia Pacific region.
We are currently looking for suitable candidates to fill the position of Project Manager.
CoGri Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing high performance concrete flooring projects. This role covers projects throughout the Asia region so travel will be a necessity.
Roles & Responsibilities
Organize and Co-ordinate Resources
Organize and co-ordinate the resources required to successfully deliver project based on program, procurement tracker and method statements including:
· Site staff and specialist workers
· Sub-contractors and sub-contract labour hire
· Internal Plant & Equipment and External Hired Plant
· Material supply
Project Management
Oversee work on site in conjunction with Project Engineer and/or Works Manager to successfully complete project, taking responsibility for quality, productivity and completion time for the project.
· Management of site work force
· Site Co-ordination of materials
· Management Plant on site
· Responsible for effective mobilization and demobilization
· Manage data analysis of cost/budget, operational efficiency
· Manage improvements in operational aspects of labour, plant and procedures
Plan work sequence, develop detailed programs, procurement tracker and methodology
- Review documentations
- Develop detailed sequences and programs
- Develop procurement tracker based on program and long lead items.
Project Compliance and Reporting
Ensure company policies and processes are followed and implemented, with particular attention to:
· Health and Safety and Environmental risk management
· Quality assurance
· Management of incoming and outgoing correspondences
Commercial Management
· Collaborate with the Commercial Team to prepare accurate progress claims, variation requests, and notices
· Understand contractual obligations and stakeholder relationships to identify and mitigate potential risks.
· Prepare monthly Cost to Complete reports to maintain budget control.
