This role overseeing and handle company's facilities maintenance

and administrative duties

1. Handles proactive and preventative maintenance works to the building facilities/ system/ equipment (Example: telephone system, goods hoist lifts system, passenger lifts system, car lift, dumbwaiter, ACMV system, fire protection system, sanitary & plumbing system etc.). • Monitor spare parts stock level and raising purchase order
• Managing, delegating and training the maintenance group
• Involve in the implementation and continuous maintenance of HSE Management System
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Production Manager

• Ensure planned preventive maintenance is carried out effectively to minimize machine down time
• Ensure sustainable continuous improvement initiatives are carried out on machine, equipment and facilities

Skill Requirements

• Knowledge of precision machining machineries, equipment and facilities
• Knowledge of repair and maintenance on machineries and equipment
• Knowledge of Environment, Health & Safety

Education, Experience & Training

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering
• 5 years experiences in machine repair and maintenance

Job description:

- Assist the Assistant Project Manager in general maintenance / repair work in retail outlets, office & warehouse

- Ensure all follow-up / rectification work on any defect reported by the outlets are attended to and completed promptly

- Any other duties as assigned by Superior

Requirements:

- Possess NTC / ITE certificate

- Hands on person who is able to work independently

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Knowledge in Autocad and electrical works will be an added advantage

Working Hour:

- Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
