- Basic Salary: $2200-$2600

Working Location: Kranji

Working Hours: 12 hours shift work, (4 days work, 3 days off | 3 days work 4 days off)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform robot PM: parts cleaning & greasing, replacement of sensors, motors, motor drivers etc.

• Installation of vacuum valves, fore line pipes, heater jackets.

• Support tool owner engineer to do technical activities in fab: trouble shoot, modification, installation, de-installation.

• Support 6S & logistic activities (parts cleaning, arrangement, label-ling, housekeeping.

Requirements:

• Min. NITEC in any Engineering field or equivalent certification

• Willing to do hands-on work and comfortable to be in clean room suit

• Able to work on weekends

*Able to start work within short notice will be highly advantageous.*

Job Description:

• Track and monitor maintenance programs and schedules for ongoing effectiveness.
• Conduct inspections to verify that the property is well maintained.
• Oversee emergency and ad hoc repairs, troubleshooting, and breakdown management, providing technical support to the team and coordinating with subcontractors and vendors.
• Prepare monthly reports for management review.
• Plan and manage maintenance services, schedules, and improvement projects to ensure smooth building operations in coordination with the Senior Management team.
• Ensure that the Facilities Maintenance team and external contractors/vendors comply with ISO standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Supervise building systems, including fire safety, landscaping, and mechanical and electrical systems, to ensure safe and smooth operation.
• Coordinate and oversee all M&E administrative tasks by liaising closely with consultants and clients.
• Monitor and address building system breakdowns, defects, and shutdowns.
• Perform additional facilities management duties as assigned.
