Job Description:

To prepare PQP and EHSQ plan and standard work method for the execution of assigned projects.

Prepare and submit for all the permits and clearance from relevant authorities prior to commence works.

Work closely with client representatives and consultants for effective resolution of project matters and management of Client/Consultants expectation

Evaluation and certification of monthly progress claims.

Assign job responsibilities to the site team.

Proactively manage and take lead in Variation Works identification and management serving Notice of Variation Works on time and follow up with relevant documentation substantiation and liaising with internal Tender and Contract Dept for costing build up and claim submissions.

Resolve all issues relating to technical and construction works.

Deploy the required resources such as manpower, machinery & equipment in accordance to the project requirements.

Ensure sub-contractors performance and quality are in line with companys requirements and standard.

Job Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering

Minimum 5 years experience in related and project management field

Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering Civil/Construction/Structural

Possess strong project management and planning skills

Computer literacy and knowledge of AutoCAD

Possess driving license with own transport.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for designing and presenting customised engineering systems to the company’s prospective clients, ensuring deliverables of the system. You will be contributing in these areas:

Client Account Management:

• Understand the process of microtunneling and its supporting scope, such as polymer concrete pipes, automated lubrication, slurry management, gyro navigation and others.

• Understand customers’ project requirements and assist in designing and proposing suitable solutions.

• Support the team by providing technical information to potential clients.

• Support the team in ensuring all deliverables of the system are achieved during and after setup.

Business Development:

About the Role

As a Regional Product Manager for X STAR, you will be responsible for overseeing the standardization and alignment of servicing and collection processes across multiple markets in SEA jurisdictions. You will leverage your deep expertise in this area to ensure efficient operations, customer satisfaction, and effective risk management.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive the standardization of loan servicing and collection processes across the region, ensuring consistency in policies, procedures, and systems.
• Provide expert guidance on servicing and collection best practices, risk management strategies, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of loan processes, reduce operational costs and enhance customer experience.
• Oversee the implementation of technology solutions to support servicing and collection operations, including customer portals, automated collection systems, and data analytics tools.
• Conduct UAT and live verification to ensure the quality of the system delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate credit risk and manage delinquent accounts effectively.
• Track the performance of loan servicing and collection operations across the region and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with local country product managers to ensure alignment with regional strategies and address market-specific needs.
• Liase with group stakeholders to make sure the products are delivered.
• Liaise with developers based in China for development and delivery of loan servicing and collection features and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in loan servicing and collection, preferably in a regional or global role.
• Deep understanding of loan servicing and collection processes, including customer communication, lending products life cycle, payment processing, delinquency management, and recovery strategies.
• Experience in digital banking or fintech.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Waterfall.
• Proven track record of driving process standardization and optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate in English and Mandarin.
