Responsibilities

Conduct due diligence on, manage, and monitor alternative assets managers. This entails having an overview and oversight of the alternative assets program, which may include:

· Strengthen existing alternative investments program. The new hire will contribute to the team in the growth of alternative investments including:

- sourcing, reviewing and due diligence on global alternative investments EFMs and opportunities; to

- managing the approval process, internally and externally with the relevant regulatory bodies; to

- leading alternative investments projects and working closely with other departments to optimize the alternative investments portfolio;

Job Qualifications

· 5-10 years of work experience, preferably in an established insurer or buy-side asset owner involved in managing alternative assets. Relevant experience in structuring, fund of fund or direct investment in private credit, real estate and/or private equity is necessary.

· Working knowledge of databases such as Preqin or Burgiss will be advantageous.

· Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

· Able to work independently with strong project and task management skills to manage multiple projects at any one time.

17. Lead the rescue drills ( Confined space / WAH).

Job Requirements

• Min Degree in Mechanical Engineering (with 10+ Years Experience) / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (with 15+ Years Experience)
• Well verse Knowledge on quality management.
• Experience in Maintenance, Shutdown, New construction projects related to Piping & Tankage Works
• 10 year experience in EPCM, EPCC sector. Proven track records of successful project completion on time and on budget or exceeding expectations will be well regards.
• Capable to work with Design / Drafting tools whenever required.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and skills to manage large or multiple construction project and Willing to handle multi projects at various site.
• Able to lead and work independently.
