a) oversee daily operations of the beauty clinic to ensure smooth and efficient functioning

2) monitor appointment schedule, staff rotations and client satisfaction

3) manage stock level and procurement of beauty products and equipement

4) supervise and motivate beauty therapist and other staff

5) monitor staff performance and address any performance issues

6) stay updated on current beauty trends to offer relevant services and advise

7) plan and implement startegies to increase revenue

8) evaluate the performance of services and adopt offering based on cleint demand

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales personnel.
• Actively explore business opportunities to increase sales volume.
• Identify potential markets, sales channels, competition and propose effective sales strategy plan for account expansion & development to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets & KPIs.
• Managing all sales channels, eg. general trade, modern trade, food services and ensure daily operations functioning well.
• Establish network and build good rapport with new clients.
• Conceptualize strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base.
• Present relevant sales & operations reports and forecasts to the management team.

Requirements

• Excellent track records in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets & KPIs.
• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal relationship and communication.
• Strong business acumen sense and industry expertise.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.
• A good team player with the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Possess a Class 3 license
