Summary:

• Equipment set up for various systems, conduct testing & commissioning

Additional Information:

Responsibility:

1. Responsible for O&M activities across the solar sites in the Singapore

2. Identify and manage O&M contractors and contracts.

3. Schedule and carryout O&M activities – in coordination with O&M Contractors and Client representatives.

4. Track O&M contractor performance and ensure maintenance and performance KPIs are met.

5. Participate and lead discussions with local clients, contractors, grid operator and associated stake holders as required to ensure proper completion of assigned activities.

6. Ensure HSE standards are adhered to in operational sites.

Communication: Local Language communication – to be able to communicate with O&M Contractors, Customers, utility companies and their personnel. English communication – be able to send verbal and written reports to reginal office.

1. Plan and schedule O&M activities across sites in the Singapore

Qualifications / experience required

· Bachelor’s in electrical engineering or related fields.

· Minimum 2 years of work experience in O&M activity or minimum 1 year in solar.

● Develop and implement maintenance schedules and facility management strategies;

● Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations;

● Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and repairs;

● Assist maintenance team, including technicians and custodial staff;

● Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs for equipment and systems;

● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems;

● Ensure the timely completion of maintenance requests and emergency repairs from Hotel and Restaurant areas;

● Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies; and

● Any other duties as required by the Company or management.
