Responsibilities

· Monitors the personnel of these operations to ensure guests receive prompt, cordial attention, and personal recognition

· Coordinates exchange of pertinent information between departments within the Division and directs exchange of information with other departments, notably, Engineering and Security

Accountability

This is the top room’s division job in a large full-service, luxury, resort, or major flagship hotel with an extensive range of facilities and services, demanding competitive pressures, and a large number of VIP and key guests. Directly and indirectly supervises a large number of Front Office and Housekeeping employees.

- In charge of sales for trade customers, especially western restaurant and western sommelier. Portfolio will be around 20 to 30 accounts to manage

- To assist the private sales team in wine events, wine tastings, Saturday sales, etc…

- To be the main point of contact with the marketing agencies used by Vintage, and to be the leader of the marketing strategy in Singapore, in relation with the Marketing Director of the group

Responsibilities:

· Manage the performance of services and ensure that Service Levels are achieved for Security and Access Control Systems

· Assist to formulate ITSM policies and processes

· Management of IT and cyber incidents and notifications

· Engaging the customer and/or vendors to ensure the smooth delivery of services when required

· Communicate effectively on technical and business issues to both internal team members and customer

· Engage customer proactively and provide timely response or updates to customer, where required.

Requirements:

· At least 8 years’ experience in IT Service Management

· Preference to have experience in handling Security and Access Control Systems or related fields.

· ITIL 4 certification

· Diploma and above in IT / Software / Engineering fields

· Independent, self-driven, highly customer focused and able to work under high-pressure environment especially during emergency restoration of services

Job Responsibility:

· Prepare documentation for tender submissions.

· Develop tender strategies and oversee tender estimation responsibilities.

· Coordinate with all parties to provide accurate analysis of participated projects, including collating critical information and preparing final submission documentation.

· Develop and improve departmental workflow and productivity.

· Liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, clients, and suppliers/vendors for project claims and cost issues.

Requirement:

· Diploma or Degree in Construction Management/Building /Quantity Surveying

· Minimum 5-years of relevant working experience in the Construction industry.

Main responsibilities

• Responsible to lead a team of automation engineers
• System Owner for automation infrastructure (SIEMENS PCS 7) to operate process equipment, EMS, BMS, MES and interfaces to periphery (e.g. OSI Pi data historian, SAP ERP)
• Ensure automation infrastructure availability according to cGMP guidelines
• Build and grow the automation team on site

Requirements

• Completed academic degree (B.Sc./M Sc.) with major in process engineering, mechanical engineering, or biotechnology
• Minimum 10 years’ engineering experience with at least 5 years within the pharmaceutical industry. Prior team management experience
• High degree of process automation know-how for basic technical process operations
• Extensive automation knowledge and professional experience required
• SIEMENS PCS7 Know-how is a must (also other SIEMENS systems area required, e.g. WinCC, TIA etc.)
