Job Purpose:

The Project Manager (M&E Maintenance) is responsible for managing and overseeing the maintenance, repair, and upgrading of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems across multiple sites or facilities. • Conduct safety audits and inspections regularly to ensure that the workplace remains free from hazards.

6. Client & Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in M&E maintenance projects.
• Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and address any concerns or requests from clients or stakeholders.

Qualifications:
