Job scope:

• Manage design delivery, construction programmes/schedules and construction critical

• Review proposed designs to identify if they remain consistent with the project brief
• Advise on procurement strategy, tender evaluation and contractor selection
• Oversee work on site strictly meeting targets
• Manage the handover process at completion

The Person:

• Possess a Degree / Diploma in Engineering
• Possess 3 – 5 years’ project management experience in Renovation, Interiors and Projects of value 1 million and above
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experienced in planning resources effectively and meet tight deadlines
• Able to commit for 9 months
