Roles & Responsibilities

1. Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:

a. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machines.

b. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in equipment.

c. Repairs and replace faulty components and adjust machinery as needed.

d. Document maintenance activities.

e. Upkeep spare parts.

2. Testing and Quality Assurance:

a. Assist Engineers in machine testing and other required activities.

b. Inspect and perform quality control checks on products to ensure they meet required standards.

3. Collaboration:

a. Work closely with the operations team to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize downtime.

4. Safety and Compliance:

a. Follow all safety protocols and maintain good housekeeping.

b. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all maintenance activities.

Skills & Requirements

• Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma or equivalent, in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical Engineering (Fresh Graduate may apply)
• Strong problem-solving skills and willing to be hands on.
• Familiar with industrial automation equipment and tools.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Your role and responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Planner your work will include providing quarterly reports, budgets & scope of work for overhauls, following up on performed services and updating the supporting software tools accordingly. Requirements for the position:

• Diploma/B.Sc. in Mechanical or Productional engineering or equivalent

Technician (Facilities Maintenance)

We are looking for an experienced FM Technician to manage the day-to-day operation & maintenance facilities services.

What will you do:

• Responsible for the maintenance of building facilities services like electrical, mechanical, and facilities equipment.
• Responsible for minor work repair and rectification to building and equipment and defect rectification works.
• Responsible for conducting regular preventive maintenance programs for building equipment and services.

Job Scope:

• Maintain assigned facilities to ensure they are in optimal condition.
• Supervise, plan, and implement all maintenance activities effectively.
• Conduct periodic inspections to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Diagnose problems and initiate timely corrective actions for maintenance issues.
• Plan and schedule routine maintenance, including managing shutdowns and turn-ons.
• Attend to maintenance requests and provide 24/7 emergency standby support.

Responsibilities:

• Handle building maintenance works to ensure minimum downtime;
• Source, coordinate, and liaise with suppliers, vendors, and contractors for repair & maintenance and improvement works;
• Supervise team and ad-hoc contractors on building maintenance, such as air-con & lift maintenance, landscaping and pest control, etc.;
