Our client is a provider of high-quality art education and creative programs for children, including engaging holiday art camps.

• Oversee front office operations, manage staff schedules, productivity, and training, and ensure smooth class delivery and event execution.
• Act as the face of the institution, manage client relationships, and provide detailed program information to prospective students.
• Drive sales of art programs, events, and services while managing the studio’s marketing efforts and coordinating collaborations.
• Handle administrative tasks, including staff onboarding, event planning, and ensuring team alignment for efficient daily operations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management/Arts Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of Sales/Customer Relationship Management/Operations experience in Education sector.
• Strong ability to manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
