• Maintain strong communication channels with sub-contractors and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Manage risk, ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Reporting to Project service manager on day to day operational works.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in managing sub-contractors in large-scale construction, engineering, or EPC projects. Similar experiences can be considered.
• Proven track record in managing sub-contracts for projects, vendor, suppliers
• Strong knowledge of contract management, procurement processes, and cost control.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and quality project delivery.

PM Group Singapore is currently looking to hire a Project Manager to lead and support our client's CAPEX projects. The incumbent will be involved in handling projects within the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences sectors.

Your day-to-day role would involve the following activities:

• Manage project activities within the project team ensuring project objectives and deliverables are met
• Lead required operational activities for the project in line with the global project objectives defined by the project Core Team Leader
• Ensure close working relationship with the project Core Team Leaders
• Produce and manage the project strategy ensuring agreed objectives can be met
• Monitor activity progress for the project in line with the project objectives, deliverables and timelines and report potential delays including mitigation recommendations
• Provide project reports on a regular basis for effective communication
