What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for planning and managing the overall global operational system of the company, including but not limited to SRE, DevOps, DBA, and IT-related functions.
- Addressing business needs and technical challenges by selecting appropriate technologies and overcoming technical obstacles to ensure continuous optimization of the business development process and its stability.
- Organize and manage the operations team to create a reliable, efficient, open, and drive-oriented team that aligns with the company.
- Participate in the establishment of company policies and processes, enhance the company's organizational management capabilities, assist in building corporate culture, and create an inspiring team.
Who We're Looking For:
- Over 8 years of relevant operational work experience, with at least 3 years of team management experience, leading a technical team of over 10 members.
- Strong knowledge of systems, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational management skills, with good thinking and practical experience in efficient team collaboration, team culture building, openness, driving motivation, and pursuing excellence within the organizational culture.
- Strong business acumen, capable of thinking and planning from a business perspective, leading the team to integrate more deeply with business teams to drive business development together.
- Strong reverence for security and privacy, viewing security and privacy as crucial lifelines for the company and the team.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
Security Requirements
