• Supervise and ensure the smooth running of the operations

• Able to hands-on in cleaning work using different types of machineries
• Class 2A Driving licence will be an advantage

Job Description:

• Manage or participate in upgrade of system & network infrastructure projects.
• Responsible for supporting operational systems satisfying contractual Service Level Agreement.
• Perform and manage routine preventive maintenance and operational activities promptly and effectively
• Provide project documentation and reports.
• Diagnose and rectify technical issue.

Requirements:

• Min. Educational Qualifications (& discipline): Diploma or equivalent certification in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics.
• Proficient in PC software and hardware maintenance
• Have good process knowledge, hybrid maintenance experiences on electrical and electronics linked controlled systems, such as SCADA, IO Network, PLC, Servo, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems (HVAC), Pumps and Filtration System Control, Hydraulics Control Systems, Mechanical fittings
• Be physically fit to handle stairwells and manage height access platforms such as ladders, MEWP and other auxiliary platforms
• Comply to safety and security requirement (Client and company)

· To attend meeting and handle feedbacks from client, and report to the management;

· Required overtime as and when required;

· Possess at least class 3 driving license;

· Required to work on Sunday;

· To arrange logistic for site operations;

· Managing the workflow of employees, creating team schedules and delegating tasks;

· Assessing the work performance of their employees and identifying areas that need improvement;

· Setting goals for workers and making sure they comply with the company’s plans;

· Communicates with customer on operations and service issues;

· Highlight to Operations Manager for any irregularity;

· Manage inventory accuracy via planned cycle count, monthly inventory reconciliation, inventory analysis and related reports;

· Supervises and monitors employees’ performance to ensure standard practices and proper care of using the equipment, materials and supplies;

· Provide training to staffs;

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct day to day inspection activities/ checking building wear & tear and defects. To prepared and submit monthly report on inspection finding and equipment life cycle and overhaul plan (if any)
• Maintain a preventative/routine maintenance schedule ensure all facilities operate efficiently and conforms to operating standards.
• Maintain a listing of all items in inventory. Coordinate replenishment to ensure parts and supplies are available when needed.
• To monitor and coordinate all licence renewal promptly which included annual electrical shutdown, building fire equipment maintenance and inspection, lift inspection, water tank inspection etc
• To liaise with Vendor etc Safety Officer, Fire Safety Manager, LEW/ on monthly inspection finding and follow up on required rectification
• To repairs/complaints on electrical services, plumbing and sanitary requests of assigned facilities
• Attends to emergency breakdown maintenance after office hours/public holiday
• Track and maintain electrical usage record
• Any other ad hoc duties

Job Requirements

• Higher NITEC or NITEC in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering
• Equal to NITEC which recognized technical certificates in Mechanical & Electrical, Building Services, Facilities Technology, ACMV or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of Facilities, Building/Property Management and Maintenance experience
• Hands-on experience in general maintenance, repair of Electronic/Electrical/Air-conditioning/ Plumbing & Sanitary
• M&E (Mechanical and Electrical services) knowledge of building mechanical & electrical system (Aircon, Electrical/plumbing)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Able to work well independently as well as in a team
• Standby to work after office hours or public holiday if any emergency breakdown maintenance
