• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for electronics systems.

Requirements

• Education: NTC2/ITE/Diploma in Electronics or IT Engineering (certificate required).
• Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with experience in site coordination, preventive maintenance, and installation of ELV systems (e.g., Nurse Call, CCTV, FDAS).
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, basic PC literacy, and English communication skills.
• Availability: Able to perform overtime and rotational 24/7 standby duties.

• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, with overtime as needed.
• Location: Client sites and office at Block 5014 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5, #05-07/08.

Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Technician (Building Maintenance) located in River Valley Road. Our clients are pioneer companies that played an integral role in the country’s physical and economic transformation.

You will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical systems. You'll conduct routine inspections of fixtures, fittings, cooling towers, and chillers, and supervise contractors during repairs and testing. Addressing fault reports, complaints, breakdowns, and customer service requests promptly is crucial. Additionally, you'll report any irregularities observed during maintenance, complete maintenance logs and schedules accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with building and fire safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in building or facilities maintenance
• NITEC in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Facility Technology or equivalent
• Good working knowledge in building, mechanical & electrical systems
• Able to work on rotating shift, public holidays and weekends

Work location: Woodlands

Working hours: 5 days

(4 days on 3 days off / 3 days on 4 days off) - alternating every 2 weeks

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow on site daily Preventive Maintenance plan.
• New & old parts arrangement & logistic (maintenance room, store to tool side).
• Preparation & housekeeping of PM jigs & tools.
• Perform robot PM: parts cleaning & greasing, replacement of sensors, motors, motor drivers etc.
• Installation of vacuum valves, fore line pipes, heater jackets.
• Support tool owner engineer to do technical activities in fab: trouble shoot, modification, installation, de-installation.
• Support 6S & logistic activities (parts cleaning, arrangement, labelling, housekeeping.

Job Requirements:

• Min. NITEC or Diploma in any Engineering field or equivalent certification
• Willing to do hands-on work and comfortable to be in cleanroom suit
• Work experience in semiconductor industry will be highly advantageous
• Able to work on weekends
