• Ensure daily cleanliness of the technical department.
• Ensure proper use of tools issued.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of machines, tools and gadgets.
• Adapt to changing technologies and learn functionally of new laptop and phone application.
• Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by report manager and/or management.

Requirements

• Customer oriented with good communication skills
• Must be able to speak, read and write English to communicate with English-speaking customers
• Preferably with a customer service experience to service customers with products/services.
• Preferable have experience on troubleshooting, repair and dismantle of computers and notebooks. Replace harddisk, LED screen and motherboard.
• 6 day work week
• Working Time: 12noon to 9pm

• 3 years experience in drafting

• Have basic knowledge of architecture and hardscape

• To produce shop drawing and as built using AutoCAD

• Able to work in team or independent

- Have painting work experience (1-2 years)

About the role - you will:

• Perform equipment troubleshooting, product conversions and routine preventive maintenance to attain overall equipment performance
• Work with engineering on equipment setup and equipment upgrades
• Perform root cause analysis to reduce product defects
• Initiate ideas on equipment OEE and productivity improvement, safety hazards and cost saving reduction projects
• Be trained to utilize data analytics and machine learning applications for tool troubleshooting and your feedback will be sought after for further improvements
• Have the opportunities for continual learning and growth

About you:

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related Engineering Diploma or ITE
• Self-motivated and positive working attitude
• Team player with good problem-solving skill
• Willing to work in a clean room environment
• Willing to work on 12 hours night shift pattern

RF Unit

• Disassemble RF unit and Calibrate the unit according to SOP
• Troubleshooting and repair of PCB assemblies
• Soldering work and board rework on HD, surface-mount PCB assemblies
• Provide necessary fault information and repair records for work carried out
• Knowledge of handling different test and measuring equipment, LCR meter and Network Analyzer
• Complete repair job in a timely manner
• Maintain SOP documents required for daily repair/rework operation
