• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance of the 4G, DMR and Tetra base station , inbuilding and antenna system at the site
• Attend and response to customer complaints and rectify the problem or propose a alternative solution
• Manage and handle the mass dismantling and reinstatement of the sites at HDB and Private sites and ensure it meets the timeline.
• Manage and handling of the sites installation, corrective and preventative maintenance of the radio communication network
• Perform testing and commissioning.
• Manage and co-ordinate with the customers, building owner, town councils, HDB, contractors and consultants etc
• Perform standby duties after hours and major events for site problems and customer complaints
• Prepare and handle all technical documents and commercial documents.
• Ensure projects are implemented based on the approved project plan that meets operational needs & schedules.

Requirements

• Tertiary education qualification majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics or related areas
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the LTE mobile network
• Knowledge on 4G radio access technologies, antenna systems , RF and networking
• Well versed with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, acrobat, etc
• Must have class 3 driving licence
• Must be comfortable to work in rooftop, construction sites and tunnels

Purpose and Scope

• Provide maintenance works and plant equipment to support the Operation

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule corrective and preventive maintenance works. Include liaising with operations, prioritize jobs, mobilize work force, spares and allocate resources
• Lead technicians in implementing in preventive and corrective maintenance
• Trouble shoot critical or major plant issues, participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) studies, plant improvement initiative, and drive cost management.
• Implement management initiatives to optimize the assets and seek to continuously improve on the methods, procedures and update with the latest developments in the market by adopting a suitable approach like proactive initiatives viz predictive and preventive maintenance activities and default actions like failure finding, redesign and run to failure
• Review budget, monitor spending against budget. control cost
• Upkeep risk registers, take part in safety walkdowns, implement safety initiatives, and ensure that good safety practices are practiced by all parties’ maintenance work
• Develop and establish maintenance procedures, risk assessment and method statements for all maintenance activities to ensure safe execution
• Ensure that maintenance works, and plant equipment comply with Statutory Requirements
• Successful candidate can be appointed as part of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) (training will be provided)
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Mechanical engineering
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in a Power Plant environment or oil & gas industry
