Job Description:

• Perform repair processes such as plasma spray, water jet, shot peening, heat treatment, cleaning, masking, blasting, sheetmetal etc
• Meet repair production schedule and delivery requirements
• Participate in cost control initiatives and continuous improvement projects/events
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• NITEC or equivalent, preferably with experiences in the component overhaul/repair industry
• Knowledge and skills in any repair process, e.g. plasma spray, water jet, shot-peening, heat treatment etc
• Able to perform rotating shift work, and support overtime, if required

Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting, assist in investigation and resolving production issues
• Identify and implement continuous process improvement and cost control initiatives
• Trending for process parameters
• Manage capability setup for new equipment and processes
• Carry out tolling review and control and submission of capability declaration
• Handle proper documentation for publication review, worksheet amendments and in-house specifications amendments
• Provide technical support to Operations, ensuring productivity efficiency
• Review, investigate and provide solutions to issues raised by Operation
• Carry out training on repair processes and any other related practices

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent, preferably with experiences in propulsion engines and components MRO facility
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings
• Prior experience in repair processes will be an added advantage
• Familiar with NDT requirements and FAA 45 /EASA 145 regulations

Job Description

• Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage the teams responsible for facilities, technical aspects and housekeeping.
• Maintain the swimming pool and surrounding areas in accordance with the guidelines established by the authority.
• Establish and maintain high-quality service and safety standards.
• Prepare tender documents for renovation and A&A projects.
• Forecast operational and capital budgets, track and monitor expenses within the approved budgets.
• Manage the appointed contractors and review/renew service contracts.
• Organise fire drills, be responsible for fire safety measures, form/maintain a fire safety committee. Coordinate with the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) on fire safety matters.
• Comply with Workplace Health and Safety Act and provide advice on Health & Safety matters to stakeholders.
• Carry out facilities maintenance works with least disruption to club operations through appropriate planning, follow-up action and compliance with safety requirements.

Job Requirement

• Degree/Diploma in engineering/facilities/relevant field of studies with 10 years relevant work experience, preferably in hospitality industry.
• Certified Fire Safety Manager.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with all stakeholders
• Possess strong leadership qualities, planning and project management skills.
