About the job

In this competitive luxury environment, an outstanding After Sales service is key to build client’s loyalty to the brand. Under the supervision of the Care Service Team Manager, the Junior Craftsman will be responsible for repairing various products, including but not limited to handbags, wallets, luggage and trunks, etc.

Main Responsibilities:

• Repair products in accordance with quality specifications and guidelines
• Achieve qualitative repair work within the time frame settled by company standard
• Detail-oriented with all aspects of the production process
• Ability to work in sewing, painting and cutting as necessary
• Ability to work with manual tools and equipment provided in the repair process
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Effectively work independently and communicate within a team environment
• Respectful to others as well as to the equipment and facility
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures, report any discrepancies immediately to the supervisor

Qualification / Skills:

• Relevant technical experience preferably in leather goods manufacturing/repair
• A background in design would be preferred
• Pass manual dexterity/ sewing test
• Detail, quality and safety oriented
• Client-centric mindset
• Self-motivated in order to complete a repair from beginning to end
• IT literate and basic computer knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge of sewing on leather/canvas is a plus
• Language: Fluent in English or Mandarin

Join their Mechanical Maintenance team as a maintenance expert, responsible for executing maintenance works efficiently and safely to meet planned schedule requirements.

Below are some of the key responsibilities for the role;

• Performing preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operation of plant equipment and auxiliary systems

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate, should have;

• NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Senior Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities：

• Management of annual/specific Project and Maintenance activities/budgets (both Mechanical and E&I) throughout fiscal year to achieve department goals.
