As Lead Maintenance Technician (I&E), you’ll be responsible to facilitate equipment’s servicing & repair, Preventive Maintenance (PM) program, equipment monitoring. Coordinating activities associated to facility and equipment maintenance. You’re responsible and accountable for the EHS Program in safety process, analysis, work permit issuance, near miss reporting and preventive techniques to maintenance department.

As a Lead Maintenance Technician (I&E), you will be responsible for:

• Being responsible for Preventive and Corrective Maintenance activities for facility, equipment (Instruments & electrical equipment)
• Reading and interpreting electrical & electronic single line diagrams and piping & instrumentation diagrams.
• Managing & Reviewing BOM and critical spares for maintenance periodically
• Involving in maintenance and fault finding on instrumentation tools or equipment
• Understanding of SIL/SIF test procedures and/or maintenance activities. Includes managing SIS to ensure functional and integrity requirements are achieved.
• Supervising other Maintenance Technician in their day-to-day task.

· Have ITE/ Diploma in Instrument / electrical or equivalent.

· Have at least 10 years of practical experience in relevant field.

· Have In-depth knowledge of electrical systems.

· Have good working safety knowledge and hands on experience with chemical plant instruments & electrical equipment.

· Have good collaboration skills, ability to work in groups and supervise small team.

· Have good organizational, multi-tasking, time management skills and good oral & written communication skills.

· Have ability to work off-hours and weekends, as needed.

Job Description –Maintenance & Electrical Supervisor

Basically, your duties as a Maintenance & Electrical Supervisor are as follows:

a. Plan, co-ordinate and supervise the operation, maintenance, repair and implement improvement works to all M&E and Building service and refrigeration systems, including renovation and maintenance works.

b. Prepare and ensure schedules such as Maintenance Schedule, Repair Work Schedule and M&E Equipment Operation Schedule, and deadlines for events and installations works are met accordingly.

c. Carry out daily inspections and tests of mechanical and electrical equipments/ Plant/ BAS ACMV System:

• Check daily operation and implement periodic preventive maintenance programme

• Evaluate breakdown cause and provide temporary solution/s for (further) repair/ replacement works

• Oversee contractor’s work

d. Carry out research, design and advised on mechanically functioning plant and equipment such as machine tools, engines, heating, ventilating and refrigerating installations.

e. Prepare and generate the following reports:

• Consumable reports

• Utilities reports

• Expenditure reports

• Revenue reports

f. Provide technical advice to subordinates.

g. Study labour requirement, estimate cost of installations, operations, maintenance and repair.

h. Procurement of quotations and parts for repair/ replacement/ new installation works; check bill of quality and evaluate cost of quotation.

i. Co-ordination with contractors for renovation and new installation works, scope of works and quotation.

j. Plan and supervise construction installation, operation, maintenance and repair.

k. Check completed work to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.

l. Anaylze situation and introduce improvement works, repair and rectification works to department store.

m. Compile and vet M&E drawings for renovations to ensure it complies to all M&E regulations. Provide comments on renovation/ promotion counter drawings.

n. Any other job-related duties as and when assigned by the company.

• Outdoor and indoor repair of cleaning equipment e.g. road sweepers, ride-on auto-scrubbers
• Robot mechanical preventive maintenance - verify mechanical faults, replacement of spare parts and repair.
• Ensure the workshop areas are kept clean and tidy at all times

Requirements:

• Diploma in electrical and electronic engineering
• With 3-4 years hand on repair and maintenance experience
