The successful candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of engineering operations.
Lead and manage the maintenance department to ensure high quality standards for building maintenance, M&E operations, managing projects and implementing preventive maintenance programs to ensure that the facilities are well-cared for and adequately support the business operations.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in M&E or its equivalent with at least 6 years’ experience in serviced apartment/hotel Engineering functions;
- Knowledge of Building Automation System preferred;
- Good leadership and effective time management skills;
- A qualified Fire and Safety Manager will be a plus, am well-versed in all maintenance process and health and safety rules & regulations.
