This is a full time role for a Technician (Building Maintenance) located in River Valley Road. Our clients are pioneer companies that played an integral role in the country’s physical and economic transformation.

You will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical systems. You'll conduct routine inspections of fixtures, fittings, cooling towers, and chillers, and supervise contractors during repairs and testing. Addressing fault reports, complaints, breakdowns, and customer service requests promptly is crucial. Additionally, you'll report any irregularities observed during maintenance, complete maintenance logs and schedules accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with building and fire safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in building or facilities maintenance
• NITEC in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Facility Technology or equivalent
• Good working knowledge in building, mechanical & electrical systems
• Able to work on rotating shift, public holidays and weekends

Our client is from Oil and Gas industry. They are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer for the next phase of their business. They are located in West.

Duties:

• Responsible in guiding the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, commissioning and substitute of mechanical or piping equipment within the Gas Engine Generators as well as its additional systems such as gas engine, pipeline, pressure pipe, ACMVs, lube oil and coolant pumps arrangement.
• Responsible in supporting mechanical support and solutions for the process & care and providing the development of care strategy including procedure/specification focusing on equipment dependability, spares inventory necessity, shutdown and inspection lists, preventive and prophetic care programmed.
• Responsible in managing and work meticulously with internal contractor and equipment seller to perform maintenance work at the Gas Engine Generators Building and terminal.
• Responsible to make certain compliance to appropriate regulations, manipulate safely, fit for object, maintainable and trustworthy for the site’s modified or anew build mechanical setup (such as gas engine, pumps, gravity vessel, safety facilities, etc).
• Responsible in guiding technical negotiations, execute and succeed project schedules or cost as well as collaboration with outward and internal shareholders, merchants for end of life and development project using company Management of Change process for machinery facilities.
• Responsible in supplying technical practicing as required in the area of process, maintenance, fault resolution of the Gas Engine Generators.
• Responsible in contacting with exterior investor including administration agencies on approbation and risk of closure of electrical arrangement that will influence gas-send out.

Requirements

• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant field.
• Min 3 to 5 years’ experience in relevant industry for maintenance of rotary and staticequipment is needed
• Prior experience in different types of gas/diesel machine knowledges is a bonus.

A Senior Admin Manager/ Senior Admin Executive who can handle full set of export and import of vehicle fleets and compliance with LTA rules and regulations.

Here are the detailed roles and responsibilities associated with the position:

1. Export and Import of Vehicle Fleet

• Coordination of Fleet Export/Import: Responsible for managing the entire process of importing and exporting vehicle fleets, including paperwork, logistics and coordination with customs, transport agencies, and freight forwarders.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, national,international laws and regulations related to vehicle import and export (such as tariffs, taxes, duties, import/export documentation and environmental standards).
• Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for all vehicle imports and exports, including:
• Bill of lading
  • Customs declarations
  • Vehicle inspection reports
  • Registration and licensing forms
  • Certificates of origin, emission, or other required certificates

• Customs Clearance: Ensure timely and efficient clearance of vehicles through customs, resolving any issues related to documentation or regulatory compliance.
• Inventory Management: Maintain an updated inventory of vehicles, ensuring proper tracking and reporting of vehicles in transit or awaiting export/import.
• Shipping and Freight Coordination: Work closely with shipping companies, logistics providers, and freight forwarders to coordinate transport arrangements for the vehicles.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, government bodies, customs officers, and other key stakeholders involved in the export/import process.
• Cost Control and Budgeting: Monitor and control costs associated with vehicle import/export activities, ensuring budget adherence.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with vehicle exports/imports (such as damage during transit, delays, or non-compliance issues).

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. A master's degree or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar area is preferred.
• Experience: Significant experience in fleet management, logistics coordination, or administrative management, especially within export/import operations.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of import/export regulations, customs processes, and vehicle registration procedures.
• Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, track large amounts of data, and handle complex logistical processes.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in dealing with external stakeholders like customs officials, shipping companies, and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities:

• Repairs, preventive maintenance and trouble shooting of precast automatic production machines and overhead cranes
• Able to interpret electrical circuit and mechanical drawings including pneumatic and hydraulics system
• Sound knowledge in PLC, inverter drives and direct-on-line controls
• Able to oversee maintenance team

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Min 1 year experience in maintenance of mechanical equipment
• 2-3 years experience in production machinery and industrial equipment

• Manage Front Office’s queries and support troubleshooting
• Processing of opening, closure and static data maintenance for Client, Agent and Counterparty records in the Bank’s various systems
