Overall Responsibilities:

You will be assuming all-round building and facilities responsibilities of the building operations, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance.

Key areas of Responsibility:

• Ensure smooth operations, maintenance and security of the building and its users
• Upkeeping of the facilities and its equipments
• Investigate, recommend, implement repairs and works where necessary
• Patrolling of premises and checking on its security and maintenance
• Monitoring and reporting of any suspicious events/ person
• To perform fire safety related duties e.g annual fire drills and fire protection systems operations etc
• Responding to emergency situations as and when needed
• Processing of car park request and rentals
• Set up of rooms & equipment for events and programmes
• Planning of maintenance work arrangement and schedule
• Coordinate with partners/contractors/suppliers in the planning and execution of Building & Facilities related event/project
• Providing administrative support relating to Building & Facilities
• Any other assigned maintenance & security duties/ areas

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Building & Facilities Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in building & facilities support/management an advantage
• Pleasant with good interpersonal & coordination skills
• Possess excellent team-working, organisational and analytical skills
• Self-starter with a good eye for detail, hardworking and strong ability to multi-task
• Able to plan, oversee maintenance and repair work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Able to work long hours, including weekends for event or emergency situation
• Immediate or short notice availability preferred

• Responsibilities of a project site engineer includes:
  • Supervising and organizing daily site activities
  • Coordinating with various parties and controlling progress of the project, making sure that the schedule is kept
  • Monitoring resources on site, like equipment, manpower and sub-contractors, ensuring that sufficiency, availability and performance are aligned with the schedule.
  • Preparing periodic project progress report to Management.
• Qualities that a competent project site engineer should have:
  • Great troubleshooting skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good public relations and organization skills

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Service Technician

Working location: Benoi Road, Pioneer

Working day: Monday to Friday, Saturday Half Day

Working time: 08.00am – 5.00pm, Sat: 08.00am – 1.00pm

Salary: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 depending on experiences

Maintain and repair machinery on vessel. You will be responsible for ensuring functionality and reliability of engines and mechanical systems with the instructions from supervisor. They must be able to work with various machines and tools as well as follow all safety precautions.

The main job scopes were as follow.

• Follow repair procedure and instruction from supervisor to carry out overhauling of components and provide customer service
• Performing on Voyage Repair & Services on auxiliary engine on different ship types.
• Perform routine maintenance and general technical work on engine.
• Ensure overhauling of engine/machines meets vessel planned schedule.
• Ensure safety during work assignment.
• Ability to follow established procedures and practices and read instruction manual.
• Maintain & Ensure instrumentation devices with valid certificate and in good operating condition before use. (All lifting equipment and working tools)
• Report problems or concerns to supervisor immediately

Requirements:

• Requires an ITE/Diploma certificate or its equivalent.
• Preferred with relevant experience within the engine overhaul industry, but not mandatory.
• On job training will be provided.
