• Hands-on in meeting urgent repairs/complaints on electrical services, plumbing and sanitary requests.
• Proper maintenance of interior and exterior walls of buildings, appliances and equipment in the building.
• Conduct day to day inspection activities/ checking building wear & tear and defects
• Mobilise and supervise contractors on major / rectification works.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety regulations
• Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures
• Ensure accurate updates/reports are done for all work progress and completion.
• Monitors and controls expenses within all areas of the department.
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.
• Any other duties that is assigned, inclusive of support for new school projects.

Requirements:

• Relevant Diploma/Higher Nitec/Nitec with 3 years relevant experience or
• 5 years of relevant working experience in major building maintenance/construction projects
• Possess a class 2B/3 license with own transport.

• Administer the maintenance repair and parts for repairs.
• Preparing Quotation for lifts parts.
• Ensure to maintain a good relationship to the clients.

• Coordinating contractor work along with unscheduled work

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system and distribution management (DMS) systems applications
• Involved in enhancement of the software functionality and troubleshooting to maintain system reliability and performance
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, enhancements and fixes
• Collaborate and communicate with both internal and external customers to ensure smooth execution of projects and provide timely updates on project status
• Assist client for Annual Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration (VAPT) activity and follow up on the findings
• Follow up with product supplier and vendors, test and install the system patching when necessary
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer/Software Engineering from a recognized Polytechnic/University;
• Knowledge in programming languages such as C, C++ and Java;
• Knowledge in Solaris and Linux Operating System;
• Knowledge in oracle database, relational database management system (RDMS) and SQL commands;

Salary for experience candidates will be considered based on the years of experience and our internal salary structure

1 month AWS

Variable Bonus ranging from 1 to 3 months depending on individual and company performance

Working hours: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm / 8.30 to 5.30 pm / 9.00 am to 6.00 pm / 9.30 am to 6.30pm / 10.00am to 7.00pm

Working days: Monday to Friday (1 day work from home per week)

Annual Leave: 14 days up to 17 days for non-executive (Assistant Engineer and below)

18 days up to 21 days for executive (Engineer and above)
