Key Responsibilities

• Read and follow job orders
• Determine the required quantity to meet daily output
• Prepare and set up machines for production – clean, checking etc.
• Ensure to carry out machine operation and maintenance in good and safe working conditions
• Control and run the machine to the fullest extent
• Being able to identify any faults or problems in operations or maintenance of machines and troubleshoot arising issues
• Inspect the machine outputs for process and quality control
• Provide detailed reports and logs on the work done daily
• Keep up with safety requirements and maintain a safe work setting at all times
• Proposing improvements to the process or machines as needed
• Reporting safety hazards within the work environment
• Debagging activities and Packing products in 25kg HL and jumbo bags

• Responsible for the day to day equipment maintenance
• Participate in lean and continuous improvement assignment
• Compile monthly production report( Output, Machine UPH and Yield)
• Production planning and allocation of manpower to meet delivery schedule
• Uphold housekeeping standards for employees
• Actively drive/lead continuous improvement activities to improve yield
• Manage equipment servicing contracts with suppliers.
• Ensure that all equipments are operating at optimum UPH and speed

skills & experience required

• Degree / Diploma in mechanical / mechatronics engineering / manufacturing
• Min 5 years of equipment maintenance experience
• Possess good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work in western part of Singapore (Tuas / Pioneer / Boon Lay)
