Responsibilities

• To coordinate and support the execute of service contracts for 66/22/6.6kV RTUs
• Carry out routine and corrective maintenance, testing and repair works to ensure smooth and proper contract execution according to contractual agreements
• Ensure smooth and proper execution of projects/contracts

Requirements

• Minimum a Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Computer/Software Engineering from a recognized local polytechnic
• Preferably have some working experiences in executing similar projects in utilities and engineering

Salary for experience candidates will be considered based on the years of experience and our internal salary structure

1 month AWS

Variable Bonus ranging from 1 to 3 months depending on individual and company performance

Working hours: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm / 8.30 to 5.30 pm / 9.00 am to 6.00 pm / 9.30 am to 6.30pm / 10.00am to 7.00pm

Working days: Monday to Friday (1 day work from home per week)

Annual Leave: 14 days up to 17 days for non-executive (Assistant Engineer and below)

18 days up to 21 days for executive (Engineer and above)

Essential Responsibilities:

• Manage component repair team manpower, scope, budget, and technical execution across a variety of product lines with a focus on developing repairs, reviewing RSS/PCN packages, and dispositioning departure records
• Accountable for monitoring and communicating repair project status, business issues, and significant developments as appropriate within and outside the cross-functional team
• Work collaboratively with design, product support and other engineering teams along with shop productivity leaders to formulate technical solutions and strategies that align with short and long term business objectives
• Lead or support root cause/corrective action efforts in response to development and on-going process learnings
• Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the team’s assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with Engineering, Quality and Services policies
• Lead and facilitate regular communication of technical and business information between organizations, within the work group and with senior business leaders.
• Ensure company compliance initiatives and training requirements are implemented within the sections.
• Conduct performance appraisals and participate in salary planning
• Promote professional growth through timely performance feedback and coaching
• Apply Lean principles for team operations and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in a design, product support or repair engineering role or in Aerospace Products
• Minimum Degree in engineering field from an accredited college or university
• Knowledge of FAA/ EASA regulation for repair Engineering
• Experience integrating engineering with shop business and technical objectives

Job Purpose:

This role will analyze, troubleshoot, repair, and resolve technical problems on equipment or components. Troubleshoots electronics devices at the component level and resolves integration and configuration problems involving circuit analysis, wave form calculations, fault isolation, prom programming, and signal flow tracing.

Responsibilities:

• Use knowledge of electronics and digital components (15%)

• Use knowledge and skills in electronic fundamentals and logic (10%)

• Read schematics and blueprints (10%)

• Use through hole and surface soldering skills (25%)

• Use multi meters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators-analyzers (15%)

• Troubleshoots electronics devices at board level (25%)

• Additional duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Technical with Electronics Field of Study preferred.

• High School Graduate with General  Studies field of study required.

• Other Education / Certifications: A+, IPC​

Job Summary

• Responsible for working alongside Engineers and managers and accepting delegated responsibilities and duties with the goal of eventually becoming a project manager.

Responsibilities

• Work in different departments to gain perspective including Construction projects, Maintenance projects, Business development, Planning and Estimation, QA/QC, HSE, purchasing and costing.

Assist the Project Engineer in the following areas.

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering construction and maintenance projects
• Prepare the technical and commercial proposals for tenders and participate in the negotiations with the clients
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
• Monitor compliance of HSE policies and practices and participate in HSE initiatives.
• Perform overall control of the assigned work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, Preferably Fresh Graduates
• Interest in working in the Construction industry as a site engineer, including live plant environment.
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
