Job Description:

• Attend to all the maintenance & repair job required and ensure successful completion.
• Perform preventive maintenance in all production machines.
• Report and identify any defect or faults found during preventive maintenance.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on stamping presses, feeders, conveyors, and other related equipment.
• Inspect mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems to identify wear, damage, or potential failures.
• Develop and adhere to preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maintain equipment reliability.
• Conduct periodic inspections and adjustments to ensure machinery operates at peak performance.
• Use diagnostic tools, schematics, and blueprints to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement effective solutions for recurring issues.
• Ensure proper operation of safety devices, sensors, and automation systems.
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs, repair records, and inventory of spare parts.
• Report significant issues, root cause analyses, and resolutions to supervisors or engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify equipment meets safety and quality standards.
• Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on new technologies and techniques in the industry.

Requirements:

• Minimum NTC 3 in Mechanical/Electrical Fitting.
• Certification in maintenance and reliability (e.g., CMRP) is advantageous.
• 2–5 years of experience in maintenance within a stamping or manufacturing environment is highly desirable.

• Responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance of plant machinery and monitoring of critical spare parts.
• Carry out corrective maintenance on plant machines.
• Support on preventive maintenance and machine repair.
• Attend to machines installation, modification, safety items, laboratory equipment, etc.
• Identify and carry out improvement items for machines.
• Liaise with machine agents for repair or maintenance of machines.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical Engineering
• Prefer 2-3 year(s) of experience in maintenance/repair of machine in a manufacturing environment.
• Good trouble shooting, presentation and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of PLC programming skills.
• Self-disciplined, independent and able to work under pressure.
• Able to communicate with all levels of staff.
