What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate, should have;

• NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 3 years of relevant experience in Power Plants or related industries (preferred)
• Self-driven and team-oriented with a positive work attitude
• Strong safety mindset and good workplace safety behavior
• Willingness to be part of the CERT team and participate in emergency responses

Our client is from Oil and Gas industry, a local leading player. They are looking for a Electrical Maintenance Supervisor for the next phase of their business. They are located in West.

Duties:

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and electrical codes.
• Supervise and lead electrical technicians and contractors in installation, maintenance, and repair of systems.
• Develop and conduct structured on-the-job training for E&I team members.
• Inspect and ensure quality control of all electrical works.
• Review and approve electrical isolation and excavation permits.
• Lead investigations into electrical maintenance issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop and implement maintenance programs for reliability.
• Conduct morning toolbox meetings focusing on safety and maintenance activities.
• Participate in emergency response procedures with assigned roles and responsibilities.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Electrical Engineering related field.
• Min 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry
• Experience in E&I maintenance and supervisory

Job Descriptions

• Carrying out maintenance, repairing and servicing tasks on ACMV system including BMS, chilled water system, cooling towers,FCU, AHU and mechanical ventilation system.
• Oversee and supervise a team of technicians in daily ACMV maintenance for the building.
• To carry out preventive / breakdown and corrective maintenance.
• Attend to defects, complaints and requests promptly. Investigate and determine, if any, of the root cause of the faults and report.
• Perform day to day inspection and logging of all facility systems
• Provide technical advice and assistance on all maintenance and breakdown function
• Capable of installing new systems, duct work and testing of ACMV systems will be an added advantage
• All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Singapore work experience and above in ACMV in Facilities Management. With at least 1 year of supervisory experience in Singapore.
• Vocational / Professional Certificate / Nitec / Higher Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical / Air-Con / Electrical / Facility Management related education.
