Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent fields.
• Possess 2 years’ experience in Server Maintenance, VMware, implementation of various Windows Server OS is a MUST.
• Good understanding of: Intel x86 server hardware operation (HPE ProLiant, Dell PowerEdge),Large Data Center facilities operation is a plus.

Responsibilities:-

• Provides responsible service, repair and installation services to our customers in a professional manner
• Accurately diagnose, service, repair, and maintain product in optimum operating condition
• Reviews product performance and quality and communicate to Technical Director any downward shifts in performance and quality
• Perform testing and inspection on finished goods for quality issues and perform corrective actions
• Provide assistance and technical service requests to and by project clients
• Other duties as assigned by Technical Director and/or management
• Manage KDK quality claims
• Achieve department KPI

1. Possess a valid Electrical Technician License.
