Contract Period: From 1 Feb 2025 to 31 Jan 2026 with an option to extend the Contract for a further period of 1 year.
Working hours:
*Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4.30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
*Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
*Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services:
1) Cleaning and tidying of college areas:
- General Office
- HOD Room
- Staff Room
- Meeting Rooms
- Staff Pantries
- Lift Lobby and
- Toilets
2) Hostel:
- To escort contractor (ad-hoc or term) to respective locations for repair and maintenance
- To check for any common area defects
- To carry out gardening works, Eg. water potted plants
- To carry out cleaning works for rooms, including preparing bed linens for new ad-hoc check-in
- To carry out cleaning works for common area, Eg. wet area, lift lobby, office, meeting room, toilet, empty recycle bins (NEA blu boxes) etc
- To store keep the luggage room, such as bed linens, tools and spare parts for ad-hoc repairs
- General maintenance such as changing of filter for air purifier, maintenance and replacement of vacuum cleaner bags etc
3) Any other duties as assigned by Officer-in-charge
Qualification, Skill & Experience:
1) Ability to understand basic English instructions and communicate in English
2) Preferably 2 years’ experience in cleaning and general maintenance work
