• Scheduling, minuting and issuing various project meetings and ensure minutes are actioned in a timely manner

• Provide regular and accurate reporting on the project progress, costs and quality

• Review and oversee the management of all P&C contracts and ensure that there are no major gaps or issues in providing the required P&C deliverables

• Monitoring and reviewing all P&C work instructions and variations ensuring that all information is accurate, recorded and follows the designated project approval process

• Take the leading role in interfacing with the Client and contractors on all P&C matters at all project stages

• Identity and resolve disputes quickly and reasonably

Job Requirements:

• Electrical / Mechanical Engineering qualification with minimum 10 -15 years relevant experience

• Master Degree in Electrical / Mechanical systems in the relevant field in the power & construction industry

• Minimum 10 years’ project management experience, including minimum of 5 years’ experience in Singapore.

• Contract administration experience

• Excellent overall knowledge of most P&C systems, Knowledge in innovative components introduce and handling.

As an Air Conditioning Repair & Servicing Technician, your main duties is to service, troubleshoot and repair air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and indoor air quality. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and conducting routine maintenance to enhance system efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

• Collect the spare parts from the warehouse store based on the daily job indicated on the tablet.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on malfunctioned HVAC systems.
• Wash and clean all dismantled parts to improve efficiency and air quality.
• Refill refrigerants by replenishing and fixing leaks as needed.
• Communicate with clients with regards to problems in equipment and post-jobs reports.
• Ensure safe-keeping of hand tools and maintain good housekeeping.
• Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary (e.g. googles, earplugs, respirators, safety harnesses, safety shoes, helmets, sunscreen).
• Ensure all works are carried out safely in accordance with safety procedures and practicing of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act.
• Provide technical advice and assistance on all maintenance functions.
• Prepare service reports after every completed job for customer's endorsement.
• Handle any ad-hoc projects and duties assigned by reporting manager and/or management.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Singapore Class 3 license will be an added advantage.
• Minimum Nitec / NTC 2 or 3 certificates in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronic field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field; with maintenance experience in HVAC, refrigeration & M&E systems.
• Positive attitude, good interpersonal & customer-centric skills.
• Experience in air-conditioning repair & maintenance.
• Strong knowledge/experience in HVAC or ACMV systems for residential or commercial sectors.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• No experience is also welcome to join as apprentice.

Job Responsibilities

• Study, check and analyse contract documents such as scope of works, specifications and drawings, etc.
• Study existing equipment, maintenance schedule & procedures and coordinate with clients, subcontractors and competent engineers to execute the work accordingly. Propose new schedule if there is plant operational constraint.
• Preparation of check list, test forms and reports in accordance with specifications and relevant standards.

• Check the existing equipment including brand/model/part number for replacement and make necessary enquiry to suppliers for that equipment supply and delivery and supervision to replace the faulty equipment and commissioning. Where the same existing equipment brand/model/part number are obsolete or not available, to find other equivalent, propose and look for clients’ approval.
• Attending of power failure and fault/breakdown maintenance whenever required.
• Supervision on HT, LT Switchboards, Transformers, Battery Chargers, lightings & power and ancillaries for maintenance, servicing, testing and commissioning.
• Supervising on checking and testing of electrical system earthing and lightning protection system.
• Supervising on maintenance of lighting, power, air-conditioning and fire alarm system.
• Preparation and submitting of maintenance reports to client.
• Attending site meetings and safety meeting as and when required.
• Strictly follow rule and regulations set out by authorities and clients.
• Ensure the workplace safety and good housekeeping.
• Ensure all personnel involved in the works are wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) all the time throughout the works.

Job Requirements

• Electrical engineering degree or diploma holder with minimally 3 years of working experiences in electrical installation and maintenance in industrial plants.
• Technical skills and knowledge of HT, LT Switchboards, Transformers, Battery Chargers, lightings & power and ancillaries for maintenance, servicing, testing and commissioning.
• Knowledge on partial discharge test and infrared thermal scanning.
• Entry Level are also welcome.

Duties & Responsibilities
