~ Dust, clean and polish all items within the premises.

~ Report anything in need of repair or replacement to team leader or cleaning supervisor.
~ Sweep or vacuum floor or carpets of assigned areas.
~ Wash and maintain the cleanliness of bathrooms and toilets.
~ Wipe table tops, shelves and partitions of assigned areas

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Table cleaning/arranging dining chairs in an orderly manner.

2. Wiping of Tables, Chairs, Food Trays.

3. Spot/mop clean flooring/dining areas.

4. Clearing of refuses from waste receptacles to bin centre and replace all bin liners.

5. Cleaning of spills, broken glassware whenever required

6. Report of any sanitation or janitorial issues to Immediate Superior.

7. Adhere to safety regulations as stipulated by the Company.

8. Perform duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Operate various types of cleaning machinery and equipment to clean assigned area

• Carry out periodic washing within the condominium compound

• Clean your assigned area, including garbage collection points

• Carry garbage bags and dispose of them properly

• 6 days work week, 7.30am to 4.30pm

• OFF on Sunday & Public Holiday

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to clients when required.
• Support operations on a 24/7 basis, with rotating shifts.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Communicate complex technical information in simple terms to clients.
• Understand and manage client requirements.
• Collaborate with the support team to escalate unresolved issues to the relevant product vendors.
• Maintain close communication with vendors to improve and support product solutions based on feedback and industry trends.
• Continuously enhance knowledge in IT security products and solutions.
• All other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec/Diploma or other related field of studies.
• Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience.
