Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance contractors, review checklists and ensure customer D.O. sign-off within the time.

• Support Data analytics team with ongoing improvement on automation of data gathering, analysis and reporting, including fault detection and root cause identification

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive energy conservation action plan to include previous and ongoing efforts and short, intermediate and long-term goals

• Prepare operational and maintenance schedule as per MIS

• Work closely and collaborate with the customer support team to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Identify potential upselling opportunities at client site during regular or ad-hoc maintenance

• Remote monitoring of the system operation and performance and reach site if any emergency.

• Familiarization of Refrigeration System Chillers & Freezers, Compressors, Cooling towers, FCUs, Cold room, ETV doors and related controllers.

• Working with a team and deliver the work within the planned schedule.

• Collect the onsite operating parameters like cold room and space temperature and verify with SCADA.

• Collaborate with Internal teams regarding any controls and programming related onsite works.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical, Electrical or Equivalent

• Electrical or Mechanical troubleshooting experience would be advantageous

• HVAC knowledge of Chiller Plant, FCU, SCADA, Air side equipment

• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Job Purpose:

This role will analyze, troubleshoot, repair, and resolve technical problems on equipment or components. Troubleshoots electronics devices at the component level and resolves integration and configuration problems involving circuit analysis, wave form calculations, fault isolation, prom programming, and signal flow tracing.

Responsibilities:

• Use knowledge of electronics and digital components (15%)

• Use knowledge and skills in electronic fundamentals and logic (10%)

• Read schematics and blueprints (10%)

• Use through hole and surface soldering skills (25%)

• Use multi meters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators-analyzers (15%)

• Troubleshoots electronics devices at board level (25%)

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Technical with Electronics Field of Study preferred.

• High School Graduate with General  Studies field of study required.

• Other Education / Certifications: A+, IPC​

Roles & responsibilities:

• Responsible for all basic cleaning on all floors of the building
• Cleans surfaces and floors of all floors, including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
• Cleans gym equipment and props after every class
• Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets
• Scubs down all showers and bathtub in thermal suite regularly
• Collecting all used linen and towels, and replenishing with clean towels
• Maintains inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of the club
• Assist club crew with cleaning of kitchen regularly, including cleaning of fridges and freezers and washing of dishes
• Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
• Train all part-time cleaners and monitor their work to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness within the club
• Advise Club Lead and Ops Manager on any major issues impacting cleanliness of the club
• Performs additional duties as needed

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Previous cleaning experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the service management in the maintenance services
• Prepare and maintain project execution plans, and track all activities against the plan, providing regular and accurate reports to internal management and customer management
• Deliver quality outputs based on defined processes, review project performance and take timely corrective actions where necessary to ensure that project performance targets are achieved; identify and mitigate risks before they seriously impact the project delivery
• Monitor and control allocated manpower, associated revenue costs and all capital costs against the project budget
• Provide effective leadership to the project teams and ensuring that the team members are motivated, and developing their technical competencies and knowledge base
• Participate in client / partner contract negotiations and pre-sales solutioning support to sales team
• Manage a team and ensure SLA are fulfill

Requirements

• Degree in IT / Engineering, or diploma with years of experience equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in managing large-scale system and engineering integration projects and cross-functional delivery teams
• Professional project management certification (e.g.. PMP, ITIL, etc.) will be plus point
