• To test and record all faults reported and complete work orders within specified times.
• To raise, review and follow up on all work orders, labour and material and key in other input into the maintenance management system and any other recording system.
• To carry out day-to-day monitoring of equipment performance and follow up where appropriate.
• To provide maintenance support in major fault-finding and investigation.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure that plant equipment and auxiliary systems continue to operate smoothly and efficiently.
• Perform repair or replacement of defective or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment.
• Assist with the monitoring of contractors involved in maintenance on site and maintain asset maintenance plans.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• ITE/NTC in Electrical field.
• Min 2 years working experience in the relevant field.
• Experience in Power Plant industry is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Tuas South.

* Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of waterproofing projects.

* Inspect and assess existing waterproofing systems to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.

* Ensure proper application of waterproofing materials and techniques according to industry standards.

* Monitor ongoing projects to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with company standards and client specifications.

* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during maintenance or repair work.

* Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project managers to provide updates and ensure customer satisfaction.

* Prepare reports on maintenance activities

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar role within the waterproofing or construction industry.

* In-depth knowledge of waterproofing techniques, materials, and industry best practices.

* Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to supervise and train a team effectively.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues.

* Strong understanding of safety regulations and the ability to enforce safety protocols on-site.

* Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with clients and team members professionally.
