Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide support, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of PCs, Laptops and mobile phones.
• Including SMD repairs such as re-balling, soldering, reflowing of I/Cs, transistors, capacitors and other components/chipsets on a Motherboard.
• Resolve software issues using established SOPs.
• Research new methods, both hardware and software to resolve common problems or troubleshooting common problems.
• Ensure daily cleanliness of the technical department.
• Ensure proper use of tools issued.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of machines, tools and gadgets.
• Adapt to changing technologies and learn functionally of new laptop and phone application.
• Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by report manager and/or management.

Requirements

• Customer oriented with good communication skills
• Must be able to speak, read and write English to communicate with English-speaking customers
• Preferably with a customer service experience to service customers with products/services.
• Preferable have experience on troubleshooting, repair and dismantle of computers and notebooks. Replace harddisk, LED screen and motherboard.
• 6 day work week
• Working Time: 12noon to 9pm

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): costing, quotations, RFI, Engineering, negotiation, claims, procurement, liaison with clients, liaison with contractors, field engineering
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent. The individual would be required to do site-visit and prepare project costing.
• Regular and timely follow-up with clients to support Request-for-Tenders.
• To smoothly manage a response to 'Request for Tenders' (RFT) or 'Request for Proposals' (RFP) issued by existing or prospective clients.
• This is a key role in the organization. You would require to coordinate with other departments to consolidate the tender submission.
• The parties will include our sub-contractors or joint partners. You are to warrant completeness in submission and put forward the best possible response which will demonstrate value-creation in our tender.
• You will need to assure all deadlines are met as well as manage the graphic design and visual presentation of both hard copy and digital version.
• Close follow-up and strong customer service attitude to handle commercial negotiation

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a maintenance team ensuring fleet availability for client
• Manage planned maintenance activities
• Conduct troubleshooting of systems onboard vessels

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare/Review spare parts list and equipment data inventory control and ensure critical spare availability
2. Optimise spare parts and manage stock effectively by using CMMS TMQ-W.
3. Ensure no down time due to unavailability of spare parts.
4. Service used equipment’s and components and ensure ready to use all time.
5. Analyse and improve equipment reliability of utilities & facilities to prevent recurrence with production group and contractors.
6. Manage in-house contractors to execute maintenance timely and effectively.
7. Develop and implement routine maintenance and inspection schedule for plant equipment’s and execute Preventive maintenance, Routine inspection and periodical inspection on Rotating and static equipment’s by co-ordinate with contractors at site.
8. Manage annual shutdown maintenance related to facilities and management of actual site work, liaising with contractors and production group.
9. Update long-term maintenance plan for facilities and utility equipment’s.
10. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with AKSS EHS policies.

Requirements:

1. Degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering or the equivalent
2. 3-5 years of experience in Plant & facilities in chemical plant.
3. Basic understanding of maintenance technology manufacturing process plant environment.
4. Demonstrated ability to adjust contractors independently and effectively.
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Attend onboard vessels or carry out repairs in ports / anchorages / shipyards and close monitoring on all repairs
• Responsible for planning & controlling project execution for timely delivery.
• Estimation and costing of repair enquiries.
• Understand technical drawings.
• Provide technical and service report, worklist and all documentations.
• Develop good working relationship with customers and all level within the company.

Requirement

- Diploma or Degree in Marine / Mechanical Engineering

- Possess 3 to 5 years' experience in similar capacity from marine industries.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

-Lead a team of QA/QC personnel to provide support on quality systems, processes, and procedures to ensure - compliance with Contract, Company’s Projects and maintenance of the Quality system.

- Manage, supervise and guide inspectors, technicians and other staff @ the project sites.

- Devise and plan procedures to inspect and resolve quality assurance issues.

- Responsible to prepare and conduct quality assurance inspections in a systematic manner, investigations for potential quality non-conformance, compliance concerns and recommend follow-up actions to mitigate such issues.

- Prepare quality reports and facilitate for follow-up actions required.

- Supervise and manage contractors, sub-contractors and provide liaising duties with clients to ensure service delivery, ad-hoc works, and all scheduled maintenance and/or project deliverables are done in accordance to the requirements.

- Attend regular project meetings on behalf of the Company with Clients and Clients’ Representatives.

- Lead the internal audit program for operation site include identifying opportunities for quality systems’ improvements to meet Company’s quality objectives.

- Ensure professional quality control and assurance for the delivery of works in excellent quality in compliance with the client’s requirements in the set time frame.

- Co-ordinate with project team for all the works requiring your QC expertise/technical support for the works to be carried out effectively and as per given specifications within the set time frame.

- Monitoring all operations that affect quality and project deliverables.

- Review current standards and policies.

- Maintain records of quality reports and relevant documentation.

- Ensure all legal standards are met. Undertakes works assigned by Superior from time to time.

- Perform any other duties as assigned.
