• Working Hours: 6 days (Mon-Fri 8.30 am-6.30 pm, Sat 8.30 am-5 pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical issues in trucks, including wiring, lighting, and other electrical components.
• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical systems in trucks to ensure proper functionality.
• Repair or replace faulty wiring, fuses, switches, and electrical systems.
• Install new electrical systems and components as needed, following safety guidelines.
• Use electrical diagnostic tools and schematics to identify issues quickly and efficiently.
• Work closely with other technicians to ensure trucks are maintained and repaired on schedule.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

• Prior experience working as a Car/Truck Electrician is essential, specifically in repairing truck wiring and electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of truck electrical systems, wiring, and diagnostic tools.
• Relevant certifications in automotive electrical repair are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all upkeeping activities of the site (residential / commercial)
• Ensure effective and efficient management of the Common Areas through routine checks
• Assist the Centre Manager to prepare property for new tenancy
• Carry out full administrative, financial and maintenance functions
• Conduct on-site checks and management of development works by appointed contractors to ensure works are carried out to specifications and complete on schedule
• To follow up with the contractor on the submission monthly maintenance schedule, quotations, claims and invoicing
• Assist in the supervision of term contractors
• Raise POs and keep track of works done due to complaints by tenants / residents
• Obtain quotations for repair and maintenance services
• Attend to any emergency or incident in compliance with in-house Apps & SOP for Escalation and response time
• Lead and manage client-relationship
• Engage and attend to complaints from tenants / residents professionally and properly and to ensure every complaint is directed back to the tenant / resident with closure
• Propose preventive maintenance strategy
• To prepare the monthly report for the management and landlord
• Any other duties as assigned by reporting supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma in Integrated Facility Management, Real Estate Business, Hotel & Leisure Facilities Management and its equivalent qualifications
• Team player with good communication skills
• Knowledge of BMSMA will be an added advantage

Work Location: Bukit Panjang

Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Monthly Salary: S$2,500 to S$3000

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install customers with internet and CCTV service, which includes mounting equipment at roof height and running a cable from outside to the customer’s computer inside.
2. Configure routers and customer computers for access to internet service.
3. Perform equipment upgrades for existing customers.
4. Checking network connections and cabling and testing network devices such as routers, switches, servers, and network security processes.
5. Evaluate the network's performance and find ways to improve it for maximum efficiency.
6. Perform troubleshooting to system failures, inspecting LAN networks, fixing minor and major bugs or problems, testing and configuring software
7. Ensure the daily operations will run without unnecessary interruptions or failures.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar technological field.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multiple tasks.
3. Good communication skills and interacting with different levels of internal and external stakeholders.
