ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for actuated valve assembly, disassembly, Inspection, repairs, function and pressure testing, mainly on valves, actuators, gearbox and associated oil and gas equipment.

Testing & certification – Function and pressure testing of a wide variety of valves and actuators, including ball valves, butterfly, gate/globe/check and choke valves. Complete all calibration and documentation associated with testing and repairs.

Using general hand tools and power tools, including manual and hydraulic torque and tensioning equipment.

Perform inspection and maintenance of field servicing equipment, including in-situ machining flange facers, hydraulic torque and tensioning equipment, and other associated equipment.

Perform general workshop duties.

Work safely in accordance with company processes.

Ensure quality checks on products made to ensure customers receive a high-quality product.

Travel to job sites and adhere to all site safety and performance requirements.

Follow all schematics and documented procedures in accordance with all Quality Control Standards

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

Fluent in English both in speaking and writing.

3 years of experience in ball valves, butterfly, gate/globe/check and choke valves industry.

Technical educational background.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of material handling equipment, forklifts, tractors, equipment and various systems in warehouse.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous equipment operation.
• Working with vendors to ensure that operations are not disrupted.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experience in warehouse equipment handling
• Minimum NITEC in Electrical Engineering
• Comfortable working in harsh environments such as cold rooms, high humidity, wet conditions and steamy environment and also able to work at high ground

Other information:

• Working location: Changi
• Working hours: 6 days rotating shift (morning, afternoon and overnight shift)
