Job Requirement

• Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying

• Required language(s): English

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the

related field is required for this position especially

Landscape/ Construction Industries.

• Required Skill(s): quantity surveyor, project

management, site coordination, progress claims,

project costing, contracts

• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Quantity

Surveying or equivalent.

• Knowledge of contract administration & tender

procedures is an advantage

• Relevant experience in Landscape/ Constructions

industry preferred

Working Time:

• 5.5 Working days per week

Job Requirement

· Identify symptoms, pests and diseases.

· Improve growing conditions using proper nutrient fertilisers and soil mix.

· Manage landscape maintenance works.

· Organise work orders with the ground crew.

· Plan daily work schedule for the workforce.

· Review of the plant health, soil, water and other environmental conditions.

· Review sites according to the health and safety regulations.

· Always able to coordinate with and reported to Landscape Supervisor

The Lighting Technician is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining lighting systems for events, installations, and productions. This role requires technical expertise in lighting equipment, creativity in design, and attention to detail to ensure

the visual quality of the final output.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lighting Setup and Operation:

◦ Install and configure lighting equipment, including fixtures, controllers, and cabling.

◦ Operate lighting systems during events, productions, or installations.

◦ Ensure proper focus, intensity, and color balance for optimal visual effects.

2. Design and Programming:

◦ Assist in designing lighting plans based on event or client requirements.

◦ Program lighting sequences and effects using lighting control software or consoles.

◦ Collaborate with event producers or directors to achieve desired aesthetics.

3. Equipment Maintenance:

◦ Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of lighting equipment.

◦ Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment to ensure reliability.

◦ Keep an inventory of lighting gear and ensure availability for projects.

4. Safety and Compliance:

◦ Follow safety protocols during installation, operation, and dismantling of equipment.

◦ Ensure all setups comply with regulatory and company standards.

◦ Identify and mitigate potential hazards related to lighting operations.

5. Collaboration and Support:

◦ Work closely with other technical teams (audio, video, staging) for seamless integration.

◦ Assist in setting up and striking down equipment for events.

◦ Provide on-site support during rehearsals and live performances.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

◦ Maintain accurate records of lighting setups and configurations.

◦ Report on equipment usage, repairs, and replacements to management.

◦ Provide feedback for improving lighting operations and setups.
