Receiving and Dispatching: Overseeing the receiving of new shipments and ensuring they match the accompanying documentation. Also, coordinating the dispatch of products to customers or other locations.

Order Fulfilment: Managing the picking and packing process to fulfil customer orders accurately and efficiently. This may involve working closely with the sales or customer service team to prioritize orders.

Quality Control: Checking the quality of incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet the required standards. Reporting any damaged or defective items and working with suppliers or manufacturers to resolve issues.

Space Management: Optimizing the use of warehouse space to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of items. This includes organizing stock, implementing shelving systems, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Communication: Collaborating with other departments, such as procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations. Providing regular updates on inventory levels and addressing any issues that may arise.

Job Requirements

• Working hours: 9am to 6pm.

• 5 working days per week.

• Able to start within short notice period.

• Able to speak English and Chinese

• Basic of logistics, with working knowledge of warehousing, receiving, and shipping functions. We have provide traning and leaning skill.

• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Scope:

• Processing medication orders
• Picking, packing and labelling of medicines in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Counting, sorting and typing of prescriptions
• Billing
• Process inpatient medicine orders
• Dispensing of medications to patients
• To carry out simple bedside counselling at dispensing (Inpatient)

Requirements

• Possess Certified Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPTC) OR Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science
• Completed Basic Skill Test OR Certified Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPTC)
• Have initiative and able to work independently to achieve goals of the department
• Able to communicate effectively
• Able to function effectively as member of a team
• Able to prioritize and organize work well

• Perform manufacturing defect diagnosis and analysis, provide timely feedback to respective line leaders, supervisor and engineer in the event of defect spike detected by the assembly line and test area.
• Support Test Engineer in executing evaluation work order, compile test reports so that all evaluation test reports are ready for engineer to analyse
• Actively involve in company wide Smart Lean initiative, seek improvement opportunities such as defect reduction and productivity improvement ideas. Implement and monitor the impact of the initiative, fine tune the implementation to get maximum benefit
• Create One Point Lesson for every critical defect detected related to workmanship, perform training to the operator to raise quality awareness

Requirements

• Min NITEC / Diploma in mechanical / Electrical or other engineering courses
• Min 2 to 3 years of testing / production technicial experience
• Experience in medical device industry
