Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on and skilled Building Supervisor / Senior Technician to perform and oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems within our property. Key Responsibilities:

1. Facility Maintenance & Repairs

• Assist in implementing preventative maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability.

2. Operational Support

3. Vendor Coordination

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or National ITE Certificate (Nitec), or Higher National ITE Certificate (Higher Nitec) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in building maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and ACMV systems.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
